Business Development Associate (1 Year Experience)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach
Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information
Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Track and report sales performance and market trends
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications:
